An operator who reads the floor and the P&L in the same glance.

I started in operations and marketing, then moved into the director's seat - co-founding brands, rebuilding their financial structure, and scaling them into a group. The thread through all of it is the same: make the numbers and the experience pull in the same direction.

Today I direct Haneya Group and its operating brands, and consult for founders who have proven a concept and now need the structure to grow it without losing the thing that made it work.
